NEW AD: Slick Rick Jackson Tells Georgians Exactly the Kind of Governor He’ll Be: ‘Just Like Trump’

ATLANTA — Today, Democratic gubernatorial nominee Keisha Lance Bottoms released a new ad showing Slick Rick Jackson — in his own words — tell Georgians exactly the kind of governor he’ll be: “just like Trump.” Jackson promises to “be like Trump, but with a Southern tone,” pledges to be Trump’s “favorite governor” and says that if he wins, “President Trump will be a winner” – all while prices soar and Trump rips away health care from Georgians. 

Georgians are paying nearly $1.50 per gallon more on average at the gas pump than last year. More than 500,000 Georgians have dropped their health care coverage because of increased premiums. And Georgia families have paid the second highest cost per household for tariffs in the country. 

The ad also highlights how Jackson was involved in Medicare fraud and refused to pay nurses the wages they had earned.
