Bottoms Raised More Than $1.1 Million in Fundraising Period, Powered by 16,000 More Grassroots Donations

Bottoms Has Raised More Than $2.2 Million Since Launching Her Campaign

ATLANTA — Today, the Keisha for Governor campaign announced it will report raising another $1.1 million in the filing period from July through January. Bottoms received more than 16,000 donations since July, with 93% of contributions under $100 — building on the support she’s received since launching her campaign for governor.

Since launching her campaign, Bottoms has received more than 23,000 donations totaling more than $2.2 million raised.

“With our continued momentum in fundraising, strong position in the polls, and packed rooms of excited supporters across the state, it's clear Georgians know Keisha Lance Bottoms is the leader our state needs in this moment,” said Rashad Taylor, campaign manager for Keisha for Governor. “We’re grateful for the outpouring of grassroots support from Georgians in every part of the state. They’re ready to elect a governor who understands the challenges of working families and will work to lower costs, protect our rights, and stand up to Donald Trump’s chaos when it harms Georgia and our democracy. Our campaign is in a strong position to win the primary and to make history in November as the first Democratic governor elected in Georgia this century.”

Donors hailed from across the state, representing 111 counties in Georgia, including all 14 Congressional districts, all 56 state Senate districts, and 178 of the 180 state House districts.
